Charles Edward Carter, Sr, age 85, of Port Deposit, Maryland, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 18, 2026.
He was preceded in death by his mother Eleanor Frances Jones, wife June Catherine Wood, son Charles E. Carter, Jr, grandson Kevin J. Carter, and siblings Debbie Stiely and Earl Carter.
